Who isn't cheered by the sight of a butterfly? There was a buddleia bush in our garden when I was a child and the ever-present butterflies were lovely to watch as they fluttered about and fed from this fragrant plant; sadly we don't tend to see them in such numbers these days.
The Red Admiral butterfly was apparently previously known as the Red Admirable!
This card is an original linoprint, painted with acrylic paints. It is 13.5 x 13.5 cm and will be sent with a brown 'kraft' envelope, which seemed to suit the natural, garden theme of the design.
Please allow a few days for items to be printed, painted, packed and posted as I don't keep a lot of stock and most items are created to order.
We use recycled packaging when available.
We have loved nature and animals since we were children and we still try and help animals whenever we can so we will donate 10% of the profit from this shop to wildlife rescue in the UK- the more you buy the more we can donate. :-)
